Service, Service, Service

 
Each day presents an opportunity to provide a new service or to improve an existing service. Service levels are created based on each client’s individual needs. We support those services levels with:

   Licensed staff of SES Account Managers
Account Managers are charged with the over all responsibility of every aspect of an account, including:
   New business or renewal of all policies from submission to issuance
   Projects (data entry, automated billing, and system-to-system communication)
   Special requests and concerns
   TIMS™ training and presentations for related services

   SES Customer Service Representatives
Fully licensed staff of CSR's are charged with the day to day activity, including:
   New business set up/data entry
   Updates for renewals
   Telephone inquiries
   Data entry assistance

   SES Systems Department
Our in-house network, database and programmer professionals are charged with ensuring that TIMS™ continues to function as a productive and supportive resource to our business.

   SES Accounting Department
Our accounting team is responsible for, among other things, the processing of premium billing, return premiums, premium payments to carriers and commission payment to retail brokers in a timely manner.

   Retail Brokers
Retail brokers are counted on to put together detailed coverage specifications for marketing your account. They are also your first call for day to day coverage questions.

   Strategic alliances
These are sought out to expand our service levels based on client need. Links are available on the TIMS™ gateway for client convenience and toggling between applications.
Services currently provided by strategic alliances include:
   Insurance Service Office of America (ISO)
ISO has been a strategic alliance since 2001. ISO is an international company with deep roots in the insurance industry. They introduced SES to ISO HomeValue™ in 2005.ISO HomeValue™ is a web application that provides replacement cost valuation for residential properties. It is unique in its functionality in that it automatically populates a number of fields for the user based on publicly available data for residential properties. ISO also offers on-site inspections for higher valued or unique residential properties, commercial, farm and historical landmark locations.

   LandAmerica Lender Services
LandAmerica Lender Services, formerly known as Nationwide TotalFlood Services, Inc., provides flood determinations for the life of the trust. The service has now been expanded to provide feet/miles from coast and inter-coastal waterways.

SES is not affiliated in any way with any of the strategic alliances. We seek out services compatible with SES based on client need.
