Joined SES in 2010 as a Director and in 2012 as majority owner and CEO. Has 20-year experience offering master-policy Property & Casualty insurance, service and technology to financial institutions. Blair was co-founder of ZC Sterling Corporation (now National General Lender Services) in 1996 where he was Business Line Executive for the Hazard Insurance and Outsourcing Business. He built a team that grew the premium base from $50 million to over $600 million from 1997 – 2009. He is the former Mortgage Market Manager for Assurant Specialty Property (formerly American Security) and consultant with Accenture and Deloitte-Touche. Blair has an Economics degree from Davidson College and MBA from UNC – Chapel Hill.

Joined SES as a Director in 2010 and transitioned to President in 2013.  Bill was previously the CEO of Redwoods Managers, Inc. and the COO of The Redwoods Group, a specialty insurance organization that The Wall Street Journal and the nonprofit organization Winning Workplaces selected as one of 15 winners of the 2008 Top Small Workplaces. Bill also served as a Managing Director of reinsurance broker Guy Carpenter and he was an SVP and the leader of the Property & Casualty Division of KEMPES, Inc. Bill has an Economics degree from the University of California, Berkeley.

 shaun   Shaun Shenouda, Chief Operating Officer

Joined SES in 2014 as SVP of Operations and Technology, where he is primarily focused on delivering customer value through innovation and service excellence.  Shaun has over 15 years of experience offering master-policy Property & Casualty insurance, service and technology to financial institutions.  Prior to joining SES, Shaun held the position of Senior Vice President of Integrated Solutions and Analytics at QBE, where he was focused on business transformation, customer experience optimization, and M&A integration initiatives.  Shaun has a degree in Management Information Systems and received his MBA from Pepperdine’s Graziadio School of Business and Management.

   Kelly Cretti Senior Vice President, Financial Institutions

Kelly joined SES in July 2016 and leads the Financial Institutions Product Management group. She comes to SES with a diverse background in insurance, most recently in AON’s Finacial Institutions Practice group where she was responsible for driving growth and innovation in specialty products (lender places). Prior to AON, Kelly spent 15 years at QBE’s Financial institution’s group (through its acquisition of Balboa Insurance Group in 2011) in a variety of leadership positions including product support, business development, strategic operations, IT Program management and business analytics. Exposure to many aspects of financial institutions has given Kelly broad subject matter expertise necessary to build long-lasting relationships and craft unique insurance solutions for her clients. At SES, Kelly will focus on expanding the Trust client engagement model and developing new, innovative solutions that combine risk, technology, and SES signature service to address the evolving needs of Trust and Finacial Institutions.

  Chris Campbell – Cheif Underwriting Officer

Joined SES as a Vice President-Broker Development in 2014  and transitioned to Vice President-Product Manager in 2016.  Chris was previously the Vice President of Product Management for Berkley Underwriting Partners (a W.R. Berkley company) for 8 years.   Chris has over 25 years of industry experience on the carrier side having worked for Farmers Insurance, Guaranty National, Kemper and W.R. Berkley.  Chris earned a degree in Political Science/Economics from the University of Texas, Austin.
