Business Continuity
In uncertain times it helps to know that measures have been taken to address concerns and to do the best we can for our clients in the event of a disaster. No one knows how or when or how extensive the next situation will be. We have learned that preparation, practice and continual commitment to the process can help everyone involved.
SES is fully committed to the safety of its employees and the continuation of business services for its clients. Our business and systems are supported by a Business Continuation Plan (BCP) including disaster recovery procedures to minimize potential damages from whatever emergencies and disasters may occur. Our goal is to minimize the effects of a disaster on the continuing operation of the company and to facilitate the return of the organization to its prior level of operation as quickly as possible.
These procedures enable SES Insurance Brokerage Services, Inc. to contain financial loss, protect corporate assets and resources, and minimize effects as a result of an interruption to business services. Disaster recovery of systems testing occurs, at minimum, once a year.
Likewise, we stand by our clients when disaster affects them. Upon an impending strike, reports of potentially threatened property and related information are created and forwarded to bank contacts to assist in communications and claims reporting as needed. Reports are also sent to carriers for preliminary assessment of potential exposure and resource needs. Alternate arrangements for services are supported by SES to ensure continued service with minimal impact to trustors and beneficiaries.
If our client(s) suffer an event, our clients and carriers can anticipate the following support from SES:
On-line access to TIMS™ from your alternate site – any time, any where
Courtesy reports of data for potential exposure by property manager or preferred sort
Re-routing of return premium checks and other activity documentation to alternate site(s) tominimize impact on trust customers
Set up of alternate users or Interim input support from SES
Continued support of claims process
On-line access to Master Policy (as authorized)If SES suffers an event, our clients and carriers should know:
Our goal is to provide basic services within 72 hours of an event
