The Organization

 
SES Insurance Brokerage Services, Inc. is the leading provider of Trust Insurance services. We service 90 financial institutions nationwide through an excellent retail broker distribution network. Since 1989 we have worked to develop and maintain long term relationships with carriers, brokers and clients to meet insurance-related objectives for the banks’ trust clients and their real estate portfolios. A proprietary system supports our business and is a significant part of what sets us apart from other Property & Casualty insurance business.

SES is committed to providing all clients with the best possible services associated with Trust Insurance.Our goal is to offer the most advanced technology with a choice of Best Guide Rated "A" insurance companies to provide the broadest and most comprehensive Master Policy and supporting policies to protect real estate and personal assets as fiduciary assets.We utilize feedback we receive from our clients and prospective clients to keep us on the leading edge. We will continue to grow and enhance the insurance product, system and services to meet the needs and requirements of our clients.

SES is a privately held corporation acquired by The Distinguished Programs, LLC in 2005. SES is located in Orange, CA with a staff of 28 individuals. SES continually seeks individuals with passionate spirit, "roll up your sleeves" work ethic and a constant desire to learn in a dynamic environment. We mix insurance and technology disciplines resulting in quality products for a very niche business.

What sets us apart from our competition?

   Dedicated Service & Commitment
Our staff of 28 individuals, including an in-house systems team, is dedicated to Trust Insurance products. Our staff uses its decades of individual experience with financial institutions, carriers and insurance brokerages to enhance service to financial institutions clients.

Our commitment to our financial institution community has created forums for communication. We are Friends of National Trust Real Estate Association (NTREA) and are a member of American Bankers Association (ABA). We created our own events by sponsoring Trust Advisory Council (TAC) and initiating user committees to give our financial institutions clients a voice and to ensure our understanding of insurance and servicing concerns.
   Technology
SES has invested in a proprietary software application known as TIMS™. It supports Master Policy activity and also acts a management tool for externally placed coverage. It is critical in the current marketplace to have the right data available for underwriting purposes. TIMS™ was built with this in mind.
TIMS™ on-line features now include many virtual office capabilities, including:
   On-line Document management
   System-to-system communications for image archiving, minimized data entry, automated billing
   Audit controls for asset reporting
   Relationships
Many of our relationships with insurance carriers, retail brokers and vendor service partners go back to SES' inception.These relationships help overcome unique coverage needs and objectives for our financial institutions clients.
